I received this Rimmel London nail polish in Peppermint as a gift for my birthday, and was intrigued as I've never tried this brand of polish before, I'm just a Barry M girl to be frank!
Despite this, I'm actually surprise at how much I like this polish. In the bottle it looks like a very baby blue but when on the nails it has more of a mint green tinge to it which I love as mint green is my favourite colour. I've had it on my nails for around 5 days now and it's only chipped a little on my thumb which is pretty good going, and it hasn't lost it's shine like a lot of nail polishes do.
Overall I would recommend this product as it is a lovely colour and a lovely formula as well, you only really need 2 coats to make it opaque and it isn't gloopy at all. Fab!

For my birthday I recieved a sample size of the Lancôme Hypnose drama mascara and I thought I would do a little review on it. Now I normally tend to just stick to one mascara, a few years ago it was a maybelline one but for the past year or so it's been the blow out mascara from 17. I don't know why I just don't tend to venture out of my comfort zone when it comes to mascara, but now I've tried this one from Lancôme I really want to buy the full size version! It really lengthens and volumes the lashes without clumping them, and the colour is not like a dim black, it's full blackest black which I love. I would really recommend this mascara, it's great!

There's always a lot of debate about these kinds of posts, some people love reading them, and others just hate them because they're seen as "bragging". Personally, I love these sort of posts/videos as I'm quite nosey and like looking at what people receive for their birthday! So if you don't like these sort of posts, STOP READING NOW. Haha.
It was my birthday on Thursday the 12th September, and I turned 18! Wooow scary, no longer a child and finally an adult.
From my parents I got a Michael Kors watch, which I was so so happy with. I wouldn't have even thought about asking for this normally, but my mum said when you turn 18 and 21, it's a bit more special so you get something you wouldn't normally. It's a lovely rose gold colour with little diamantes around the edge and I'm so so grateful my Mum and Dad bought this for me.
My brother gave me the me to you teddy bear which is holding a key with "18" which I think sweet, I have a few of these bears and I just think they are lovely and something you can keep for a long while. I received various pieces of lovely jewellry from some other family members including 2 bracelets and a matching necklace and earring set.
I don't think many people reading this will know, but if you follow my twitter you'll know I'm an avid fan of One Direction, and what do you know one of my lovely friends decided to get me a Niall doll, which I think is pretty awesome if I do say so myself. Also One Direction related, I got this cute cushion from one of my friends as well. I also got a champagne glass as it is my eighteenth ;) along with some maoam sweets (yum) and some smellies!
Finally I got given three new Barry M nail polishes to add to my collection! Love me some Barry M nail polish.
