NEW || Barry M Textured Nail Polish || Majesty
When I saw that Boots were releasing these little beauties, and after a little preview of what they looked like courtesy of the lovely Lily Melrose's blog post, I knew I had to try them! After all, Barry M is my all time favourite nail polish brand.
Majesty is part of the new royal glitter collection and it is a mixture of gold and silver glitters and only takes two coats to make opaque. I didn't put a topcoat on because obviously that would defeat the point of this polish, but if you don't like the textured feel you could always add a topcoat on and it would still look good! I'm gonna put this out there, I think this is my new favourite polish of all time. I love glitter polish anyway but this just gives it an extra dimension and I think the collection is amazing. I really want the other 4 polishes now! And at £3.99 each, why not?!
Have you checked this collection out yet? What are your thoughts? x

London Beauty Haul
So last week I went to London for a few days for a sort of holiday, and of course I couldn't go to London without doing some shopping! The items I picked up are from Boots, Superdrug, Mac and Topshop. First I went into Boots and picked up some new Barry M polishes (quelle surprise). The first one is a gelly polish in the colour Greenberry. It's a lovely mint green colour and seeing that is my favourite colour, it's a wonder I haven't bought it before now! I then picked up a black multi glitter which I'm excited to try as I love glitter polish. Finally I picked up a neon pink limited edition polish. I love pink nail polish as I think it's such a staple colour and pink always looks great on nails. I then picked up this blue Topshop nail polish, my first one! I've never tried Topshop nail polish before but I'm currently wearing this colour on my nails and it's lovely! Such a lovely darkish blue colour but still wearable for summertime.
In boots I also picked up the La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo which is basically like a serum that reduces redness in your skin and makes your face look that little bit better (great explanation, I know).
I picked up the Garnier 5 second blur primer which everyone has been raving about and just by luck it was on offer! I also picked up one of the Maybelline baby lips in peach kiss, after hearing so much about them from American youtubers.
Finally in boots I picked up another Kate Moss lipstick, this time in number 16 which is a lovely light peachy pink colour! I already have 3 other Kate Moss lipsticks and think they are such a great drugstore product. I high recommend!
I then went to Superdrug and picked up the contour kit from Sleek. Now I heard about Sleek a while back from youtubers like Zoella and Sprinkleofglitter but when I went into my local boots they didn't sell, so obviously they only stock it in the big superdrugs in places like London.
Lastly I went to Mac and bought my first ever Mac lipstick! I chose the colour snob which is a lovely pink colour with a slightly blue undertone. I'm so glad I picked this one as it's such a lovely colour that you could wear day or night.
What are any products you have bought recently?

Nails Of The Day
I apologise for the awful picture quality but my camera just wouldn't focus properly and after taking 20+ photos, I gave up. For this design I used Barry M Blueberry Ice for the base, a white nail art pen for the stripes and Barry M Silver Multi Glitter for the gradual glitter effect on my ring finger.
What nail art designs do you like? x

Everyday Make-Up
Thought I would do an everyday make-up post as they seem to be quite popular! This is just a collection of the items I wear on a day to day basis, sometimes I'll wear less than this and sometimes I'll add something else.
The first thing I put on my face is my No7 Beautifully Matte foundation. I tried the Mac Studio Fix before this as both are designed for oily skin (me wooo) to keep you shine free. I personally think this one is better as it keeps you shine free without going the other way and making your skin go a bit dry and flaky as I found Mac Studio Fix did that (If that makes any sense at all, but yes some matte foundations do make my oily skin go a bit flaky!) I then put on the Lasting Perfection Concealer by Collection to any blemishes I have and under my eyes to cover dark circles.. I know everyone has this concealer and says how great it is, but it really is! It has such great coverage and lasts all day. Finally I apply my Rimmel Stay Matte Powder all over my face to set my make-up and keep me shine free.
The next thing I do is apply blusher/bronzer. In the summer I tend to use bronzer and in the winter I prefer to use blusher. I use the Collection Shimmer Shades in way to go for bronzer and apply it to my cheek bones, temples and jawline. For blusher I use the collection shimmer shades in blushalicious blusher. They both have really good pigmentation and for £4.19 each they are such a bargain as well!
I then go onto my eyes and and use a brow brush to comb through my eyebrows before I draw on my eyebrows with the Collection Eyebrow Definer pencil in blonde. I really like the eyebrow pencil as the colour is great to match with my blonde hair, just a light brown, nothing too dark. I think it's so important to fill in your eyebrows as it just frames your face and completes the whole look! Sometimes I wear eyeshadow and on other days I can't be bothered. I double up my Collection Shimmer Shades in way to go and use it for eyeshadow as well as bronzer. I just love the shimmery brown shades and think they are a lovely dupe for eyeshadow. Sometimes I wear liquid eyeliner ( Barry M's Blink Waterproof Precision) on my eyelid with an added flick as well as adding a pop of colour under my eyes with a colourful eyeliner like blue or purple (Rimmel London's Scandaleyes Shadow Stick). Finally on my eyes I use 17's Blowout Mascara. I've tried quite a few mascara's but I always seem to repurchase this one, it's got a lovely big brush which curls and lengthens your eyelashes without clumping them. I just love it!

Finally on my lips I apply Vaseline to keep them hydrated and soft before I put on any lip product. I own quite a few lipsticks but the main lipstick I use is the Kate Moss Matte Lipstick in 107. It's a lovely dark red/purple colour and it lasts a long time throughout the day as well as the pigmentation being amazing! The other lip product I use quite a lot is Rimmel's Apocolips Lip Lacquer in Nude Eclipse. It's like a lipgloss but with the colour pigmentation and I think it's lovely, especially if you're not a fan of lipstick, this is a great alternative!
That is all of the products I use on a day to day basis, what products do you use for your everyday make-up? Are any of them similar to mine? x

Barry M Gelly Nail Polish
I went shopping yesterday and ended up buying 3 new Barry M nails polishes from my local boots. (Yes I now have 40 in total and yes I have a problem). This is one of the ones I purchased, called passion fruit from the Gelly Hi-Shine collection. These are slightly different from the normal Barry M polishes in the fact they have a thicker consistency meaning you only really need one coat to make it opaque. The polish is also very glossy and shiny so you don't need to put a topcoat over it. Despite this I still put one on just to make the polish last longer and even out any smudges or imperfections.
This polish is a sort of a coral colour, but with a slightly pink tone. It's such a bright shade and I think think it's a really lovely colour to wear in the summer which I would definitely recommend!
